Being a mum brings with it the challenges of keeping up your fitness during pregnancy and getting back into shape after birth.  The biggest difficulty often is finding the time to exercise.  Our aim is help you by offering times to exercise that work around yours and your baby’s diary and conveniently come to you.  All of our exercise sessions are at your location of choice whether your home, gym or nearby park.  If you prefer a clinic then we can see you at our clinic in Telok Ayer.

The sessions are run by physiotherapists and personal trainers who are experienced in pre and post natal training helping you to reach your goals safely.  Our programmes are right for you if you wish to:

During Pregnancy

Our nutritionists are also available to see you at home or conduct a skype consultation.  They can give you one off sessions of advice or full packages with dietary plans to complement the exercise programmes for maximum benefits.

The packages can be for an individual or for up to a group of 4 people (same prices apply – split between people).

The packages are also designed to be bespoke to each individual or small group’s needs and involve a variety of different types of exercise to keep the sessions fun, interesting and motivating.

What Will Happen At the First Session?

In the first session measurements will be taken to help show the progress achieved as the sessions continue.  They will discuss with you the types of exercise that will make up your package to give the results that you are looking for before starting the first exercise session. The different types of exercise sessions can include:

  • Exercises focused on preventing and closing the diastasis recti
  • Pilates
  • ‘workout with your baby’ – exclusively offered by Health2Mama – read more about the benefits here
  • Strength training
  • Toning work
  • Weight loss cardio
  • High Intensity ‘But Safe’ Interval Training

All of the exercise sessions will include an the trainer being aware of your pelvic floor and DRAM (if present) throughout to ensure you reach your goals safely.

What is the Cost of Getting Back on Track with Health2Mama?

Individual sessions can be paid as you go at 150sgd per session.  Prices reduced when bought as part of a package.  We have 4 different packages to choose from.  Remember if you have mummy friends who are keen to join you with similar goals meaning the cost can be split that is no problem – the sessions can be for up to 4 people.

All exercise sessions are 45 mins long.

Single Session – 150sgd

‘DIASTASIS RECTI REHAB’ PACKAGE

This package is for mums who wish to solely focus on closing their diastasis recti after birth and strengthening their core.  We also offer taping to help the healing process.

Package of 5 sessions – 130sgd per session – Total 650sgd

‘PELVIC FLOOR’ REHAB PACKAGE

This package is for mums who wish to solely focus on strengthening their pelvic floor during pregnancy or after birth to stop issues such as bladder leakage.

Package of 5 sessions – 130sgd per session – Total 650sgd

‘EASE IN MAMA’ PACKAGE

This package is for mums who have made the decision to start exercising again and want to ease in to starting improving their DRAM, pelvic floor, tone, strength, weight loss (if applicable) and fitness. Suitable both during pregnancy and after birth.

2 Exercise Training Sessions a Week

  • 4 week package – 140sgd each – 8 sessions – Total 1120sgd
  • 8 week package – 130sgd each – 16 sessions – Total 2080sgd
  • 12 week package – 120sgd each – 24 sessions – Total 2880sgd

‘GO MAMA’ PACKAGE 

The Go Mama package is for Mums keen to see a real difference week by week in their DRAM, pelvic floor, strength, tone, weight loss (if the need) and fitness.  Suitable both during pregnancy and after birth.

3 Exercise Training Sessions a Week

  • 4 week package – 140sgd each – 12 sessions – Total 1680sgd
  • 8 week package – 130sgd each – 24 sessions – Total 3120sgd
  • 12 week package – 120sgd each – 36 sessinos – Total 4320sgd

‘SUPER MAMA’ PACKAGE

The Super Mama is for those who are now in ‘determined mode’ to see a dramatic difference closing that DRAM, improving or regaining pelvic floor function and gain strength, fantastic tone, maximum weight loss (if the need) and get back to being as fit as possible as quick as possible.  Most suitable after birth but an adapted version suitable for the pregnant is available for those keen to not lose fitness, tone and gain too much weight during pregnancy.

5 Exercise Training Sessions a Week

  • 4 week package – 140sgd each – 20 sessions – Total 2800sgd
  • 8 week package – 130sgd each – 40 sessions – Total 5200sgd
  • 12 week package – 120sgd each – 60 sessions – Total 7200sgd
